Looking to have your home cleaned on a regular basis? Try one of our many cleaning contracts!

Our services can be done once a month or weekly. We do professional cleaning for pre and post lease or ownership of homes so we can clean almost anything. Together we go over which services you would like done each month. First month clean is a bit more thorough in order to establish expectations for both parties. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required before first cleaning. Should contract be ended early by client, client must still pay for the remaining time. Should contract be ended early by Department 28 Services, client does not need to pay remaining balance after the month the contract was ended.

For clients that need extra help for medical reasons, on-call services can be provided for an extra $100 per month.
